We’ve been in the fitness industry for years and know exactly what you need to do in order to achieve your fitness goals.

 

We offer 1:1 personal training, Group Personal training and more in the East End of Glasgow. So what’s the goal? Weight loss? Improve strength? perhaps you’ve given yourself a challenge to running your first marathon! We can create a bespoke fitness and nutritional plan. Oh AND we’ll be there all the way giving your more advice whenever you need it.

Fed up training alone?

It’s really hard to push yourself when you’re training alone. Having a training partner is a great way to make sure you don’t get lazy or slow down!

We all have days where we just want to quit. If you’ve got a training partner or a qualified personal trainer by your side you’ll have all the support and motivation you need to breaking your goals time and time again.

Glasgow Personal Trainers have a weird sixth sense where we know how far you can go. We know when you can knock out one more rep and we know when you’ve gave it your absolute all!
